official rank outside the airport passenger terminals. Each taxi carries
up to five people with luggage, and is built to take wheelchairs. |

| Local buses link the airport to the surrounding district and are provided
by a number of operators. All buses stop outside the passenger terminals.

| National
Express operates long-distance coach services, linking the airport
to a number of cities, and also provides inter-airport coaches. Passengers
are advised to book long-distance coach services in advance. Digbeth
coach station in Birmingham city centre is a hub of the National Express
network, with services to most parts of the UK. Local bus no. 900 Airport
